Start popping the corn
Today is my first day at Netflix, where I am heading up Product Management for Qwikster!
I've received lots of questions about separating the streaming and DVD services, and all I will say now is that I really believe we can make each service better by leaps and bounds when they aren't trying to run a three-legged race in two different races.
